Love car boots and auctions Agatha, I do have some coloured glass which having just moved I have on the windowledge to catch the light, crackle glass, and some carnival glass.

Never had a collection of one particular thing ( unless you count books lol) too much of a magpie for all sorts :)

I love crystal ornaments, but they are a bit pricey so I only have a small collection:)

Hello Agatha. I bet your glass looks lovely. Aren't other folks collectables interesting? We all seem to have 'our thing'. I adore Early souvenir china 'Present from Margate etc!' - Or just Dainty Victorian/Edwardian stuff. Cups, candlesticks,Cheese dishes etc. Try to contain the habit. - Too wet & wild here today for booting!

It is great when you find out something you bought for a few pennies is worth alot more.

I love collecting china teacups and saucers - it's a bonus if I can get a small matching plate. I also have a decent sized collection of teapots and some tea strainers, cake plates and old fashioned cutlery. On occasion I will have a couple friends over for afternoon tea and will bring out all my old china and the guests get to choose which cup and saucer they get.

I went to my local markets this morning but I couldn't find anything much to get excited about. Just as well - I don't have anymore room:))
