Hi guys,

thanks for the replys....

I bought beers today marked at 38c a bottle but once ig checked my reciept there was an additional charge of 10c per bottle.

I have suggested this might be a recycling charge to my sis but dont want to head back to Aldi with the bottles (empty) and look silly!!!

Any help much appreciated!

love T.x

Theresa,

It means that you have to pay for the bottle, i.e. the bottle has a deposit so take it back for your deposit or discount on refill.

Edit.. you will not look silly, lots of people take their bottles back as it is cheaper. I am the only beer drinker in the family so prefer cans.
