Hello everyone; I don't usually post on this board but I often read posts in case I can help someone. I would be interested to hear of other people's experience with communication from GR. We changed our email address this year and since then I have not been alerted about answers/queries from GR members via email as I used to be so I have to check back every day. Also, they didn't tell me my sub was due to expire. I didn't find this out until I tried to view someone else's tree. I have changed my email on my profile and contacted GR about these problems but have had no answer. |
