Can anyone translate the entry for Giles Taylor aged 42 in the 1891 census, living at 56 Drury Lane, Chadderton, Oldham? The typed info says occupation "coal miner", but there is something beside that I cannot read. (Also his entry says employer and employee).
Also his son Lees & George entries state cotton weaver on typed info, but doesn't look like that to me on original (is it something to do with Herbal Brewer, which one of them has on a later census?)
Would love to hear what others think it says!

Giles is a coal miner and herbal beer brewer!

His sons are herbal beer brewer's assistant.
