Hi Bossy Boots, no tips ufortunately except make sure you drink plenty of water and take showers to cool off. Its very uncomfortable to work outside in, as soon as you go out you are drenched, then back into the aircon and shivering. In the offices they have the aircon down at about 20, so when you walk in its freezing!

Forecast for here in Peniscola is 40+ on Sunday, but whilst the temp is ok and manageable it is the humidity which I find difficult. Been here for six years now but this year the humidity is higher than previously...any tips


I went for a swim to cool down and ecven the pool water was more like a bath, still better than being cold...I hate being cold

Walked the dogs, fed the dogs, OH still asleep, so back on here

Oh for 27C, we hit 50 here at the end of may, thankfully it has cooled down,it is currently 32 but with 79% humidity.
Still we expect that here lol.

I have been up since 04.00hrs, it is to hot to sleep although OH doesn't have aproblem doing so!

We are forcast some light rain and we need it to clear the air.
