Hi Andrew, yes if the envelope is open it means the recipient has opened the pm. An arrow in your pms mean you have replied so you don't have to check the sent box if you can't remember responding. Sometimes people don't get on line every day and I think I am right in saying most people get an email to tell them if they have a message from gr.

I hope you get some positive responses soon.

Hi,
I just wanted to ask some more experianced users than me, what the symbols mean in the sent box... Am I right in thinking that they show whether messages have read, and whether or not they have been replied to. If so I have lots of important people not reading or replying - which is really frustrating. Please check your messages regularly.
