BROKEN BONES IN WRIST!

There are some homeopathic tablets, I think made from comfrey which was called knitbone in the old days, that will help a break heal faster. |

well mines not broken but brain wont allow it to work following stroke at beginning of april but I'm getting brilliant physio and I do believe that will be the most important thing for you once youve got the plaster off, dont despair I've got used to typing quite fast now with one hand. |

i had a colles fracture which is just above the wrist and it was immobilized in plaster with the hand sloped downwards for 6 weeks. I needed lots of physio afterward to get the wrist mobile again wasnt able to turn my hand over automatically etc as the wrist had set in the one position. |

I had a broken scaphoid bone in my right wrist 24 years ago had a plasterh on fpr 3 weeks to immobilise it. |
