Of course I've made a Will: where there's a way there's a Will and boy will my Will make some poor smuck happy! there will be several disappointed folk of course, but they never deserved my largesse anyway. I cant wait to see their faces (I shall of course be looking upwards, and not down from a great height) ))))

Joking aside.............My friend died but hadn't signed her will .Her ex husband got the Bloody lot(Pardon me for swearing)Her 2 kids aged 16 ,18 were basically left homeless. It is so important to make your will.

Hope I haven't put a spoke in the thread ,but I have strong feelings on this...after seeing the devastation it can cause (if no will)

Yes, I have... left all my debts to my sons.... and the cats (not the debts to the cats, but the cats to my sons)....... but I have had to change it recently because of a certain person giving a link to a very touching piece of music.... now want to be sent off to that *say goodbye* thingy instead of *all things bright and Beautiful* sung by St Winifred's school choir.

Love

I made mine years ago - must get it updated!
At the moment my children go to their father - along with all their pets!
I feel they may be a little miffed, at the ages of 29 and 26 to have to go and live with their father now!

He may not be too happy either!

I'm thinking ahead (obviously many years into the future) and wondering which deserving cause to leave my considerable wealth to.

I favour an animal type thing, but not quite sure which one. Then again, there's some deserving Thirld World organisations that could use a bit of a leg up as well I suppose.

Then there's my wordly goods - who would benefit most from the contents of my wine cellar and collection of vintage motor cars, I wonder. It's all a bit of a dilemma for me.
