I generally take a 4, but if the shoes are wide fitting I wear a 3.1/2.
When I broke my arm in 2007, I swelled up so much all over, I had to buy a 6 slipper.
Try getting a wider fitting shoe, and if you do have swollen feet, when they go down you can always put a sock inside the shoe.

Like evrerything else these days, the sizes dont seem to be right. I went out the other day, and laughed as I had on- size 16 trousers, 14 top, bra 36G and panties 18.

Your medication could be making your feet swell, my BP medication does.

Hi Julie, it sounds more like your feet are swollen than growing bigger, if this is the case, and new to you, I would see your GP.

Swollen feet could be a symptom of other not so obvious ailments.

Have you put on weight? even a little bit could make your feet more 'plump'.
