None. They mean the same thing i.e. readily combustibile.

A MATE SAID HER SON HAD MADE A POINT OF STATING THAT THERE WAS NO DIFFERENCE, SO WHY USE BOTH WORDS.

I think flammable describes a flame,
and inflammable describes easily set on fire !!
