Any one here suffer from it?

I'm just having my first bout of it for 10 yrs and I forgot how bleedy painful it is..........can't sleep or eat.

Feel like my jaw on the right hand side is being dragged down by a 2 tonne cannon ball.

Doing Nurofen and paracetamol but am still getting 2 hrs pain between tablets.

Any advice most gratefully received xx

Oh dear Muffy.............I've never had it but it sounds ghastly.

Would heat help ?? as in a warm hot water bottle ?

I've tried cold compresses and warm compresses Amanda and neither seem to do the trick

Did some jaw exercises earlier which I saw on google earlier..they helped a bit.......but not enough lol xx

I hope it was " gnashing of teeth " on here that sparked it off Muffy.

My Dad used to get it.........I think it's one of those charming quirks that I've inherited...........*sighs* I get all the best stuff !!!xx

Well I have bunions and can snore like a buzz saw ( if I've been on the sauce )...........bunions run in my family..........lol

I've pm'd some info to you. In the self help section of the website. It says to avoid hot & cold, as these can trigger your pain.
