they diagnosed that from blood test in hospital,
then sent a second test but it came back ok,!!!!!!!!!!!
i dont know what all that was a bout,
if one said it is and one said it isnt, youd treat it wouldnt you

forgot to mention they gave me a votarol (anti inflamatry) late at night cos i cant take them due to how they react with stomach#
they gave me suppositry form,
next morning i got up in hospital and nearly passed out in toilets
they had to get wheel chair

so basically its crap service
lol
and hubby wonders why i dont wana go in hospital wen they get bad

my boss said what they give you, ( should of been steroid,)
he was suprised when i said nothing,

I do not know what your headaches are like, but i suffered for 9 years before being diagnosed.... by an OPTICIAN.....
They then found I had Temporal Arteritis.
If your headaches are as bad as mine were, you have ALL my sympathy.

Your doctor should give you a portable moniter which you wear for a week and then take back to the doctor to read the results

high blood pressure is in our family and both my mum and dad and a friend of mine have all been the portable moniter it gives more accurate readings as it deciphers against resting rate and and working rate.

hope you get it sorted but unfortuantly with some gps you have to keep on to get anything done.

i think dawn its a case of some docs dont like us stating the obvious to um
my regular doc who i saw today said do you checck it in work,
i said no we never got time
i d it at home on digital machine i got,
he said whats that say, i told him , he said oh i better give you something,

now when i gave a doc a list of over a week of my machine reaadings he said come in and see the nurse daily for a week, !!!!!!!!!!
where am i gona get time for that, and you cant book that with the nurse,
that dont help your blood pressure lol

why does it take forever to get anything sorted.

Hopefully will be the BP giving you the headaches. Funny but last time i was at Dr he checked my BP and it was high and I got the well check it when you are back next month.

i been suffering from elevated blood pressure
everytime i go there its high, and they say, argh your bps high
we check it in a week
i go back argh it still high, we chek it next time you come,
well these head aches ive been hospitalized for them,
bp up,
been specialist neurologist for um, bp up;
back to my GP , bp always high than should be,
today had to go for medication review,
doc said ave you got any treatment for blood pressure
(he has my notes in front of him, )
so he says well trouble is we dont know if the head aches are caused by blood pressure or headaches causing your blood pressure
tho at mo i dont have headach, and blood pressure high, (duuh)

so hes decided to treat my blood pressure anyway

i told hubby last year if i have astroke, please push a complaint against the times ive beeen seen and nowt been done,
except painkillers, changing um in case its them,
anti depressants, muscle relaxants,
