After a break from family tree ( about a year all in all ) I am back on the case! Oh how things have changed!!! Hot matches with 300 odd names????? That would be fine .... but when you actually message the people who really ought to be a relative (if only a 4th cousin twice removed) they don't even know who you are talking about and can't even be bothered to look it up!!!! What's going on????

Don't people care any more? Has it really turned into a race to get the most names on your tree?

I have found examples of people who have quite obviously copied a huge chunk of tree from someone else, when you know the original person has copied YOUR info wrong in the first place it's easy to see!

I know we are all here to share info and if u share your tree thats the risk u take but REALLY .... what is the point if you can't be bothered to double check info before posting for the world to see?

I am quite upset (can u tell?) I thought that this was a community of like minded people but it's changed! :(

i stopped adding people to my tree a long time ago
now i only add extra info
i love to put the meat on the bones of my rellies
not just names or dates
