How to put others in touch

In the course of working on the site and my tree I have come across two ladies who are connected by one of my ancestors and they both have her on their trees. They both would like to be connected but the problem is I don't know how to do this on the site. Does anyone out there know a way or do I just get their email addresses and pass them on? I wolud be grateful for any help in this please. |

try an e-mail to the support team give them as much info as you can and see what they can do for you |

Just get them to do a search for the common ancestor on the site, and send a message from the box supplied. |

I had exactly the same I emailed one of them as I have his ISP email in Canada and gave him the info and were they had the connection and asked him if he wanted me to pass on his email.He was delighted to find another family connection as his dad ,now deceased ,was a British Home Child with limited knowledge of his family . I gave each of them the respective emails and we often now have a round robin email contact as new info is found. |
