i have been on the tamiflu since last sunday and i still feel like cra*
wish it would just hurry up and bleedy go .. i have even lost my voice now lol
im sure its getting worse..
ill probably grow a wiggly tail soon and grunt more than usual lol

my son was diagnosed lased friday got him the tamiflu that evening by monday he was fine and dandy .. but meee well bleedy me someone up there thinks i deserve to be ill a wee bit longer lol i hate being ill and not being able to go out arrgghhh so frustrating :o(

Friend and her hubby had it - like a heavy cold - for one week, but their two children were quarantined for two more weeks because they were coughing.
These were a healthy family, and it was just like normal seasonal flu for them.

Apparently, it is more serious - and can be fatal - if other health problems exist so don't take risks. Get medical attention and you should be OK.

I dont know anyone who has had it, thank goodness.
I've got my paracetimal ready...just incase.

Throughout all of April and the first week of May this year I had the flu and spent that period in bed.

I don't know if it was Spanish, Hong Kong, Bird or Swine.
Just know it was the worst flu I have ever had

I've been exposed to people at work with it.
I developed the early symptoms but it didnt turn into
anything even as serious as a cold.

I know 2 confirmed (by blood test) cases and they were better within 10 days, but they were children and they do tend to recover faster than us grown-ups:))

I have had a funny throat for 3 days and lost my voice, but I think it's a cold................the only time I had real 'flu I could barely move and stayed in bed for a week, followed by another week of feeling really weak and feeble.

I was so ill I didn't even phone a doctor.

However I was so ill that when I recovered I made my will !!
