I know I did too much Linda but I had to try and see if I could do it for myself, found it was too hard. I hate being like this and having to rely on others. Won't try it again lol, thought I was never going to reach the safety of my flat.

Sending healing thoughts to Lynn, Jean Durant, Yorkshire Caz,Vicky, Liz [Diamond], Rita, Daff, Keith [Hoff], Deanna, Joyce(Dutch),Dizzi,Blackrose and all who are needing our thoughts.

Adding Dutch's grand daughter Rachel and her unborn baby girl too, that all will go well.

Continuing to think of Mummo's mother who is now staying with her. So glad to read your husband is well enough to return to work after his heart attack and that he is sucessful with giving up the cigarettes, well done in continuing with this.

Glad Vicky's grandson's test results were clear.

Mac went to see his Dr on Friday hope all was well for him as he hasn't been well.

Julia in Sussex,sending positive thoughts. Julia. Thinking of you, your son,his uncle, and your neighbours daughter.
Glad to read Julia of Sussex's son is out of hospital and that he didn't have to be operated on.
