Does anyone know of a natural deterrant for Grasshoppers? Ive developed a big fear and dont want to kill them just deter them!!!

Yes my Daughter

She loves catching them stick's them in a Jar. But I have to see her release them later as once I found the jar in her bedroom along with a box of snail's she said she wanted to keep them as pets :)

I used to do the same ! i would go out with a jam jar looking for a cricket!! Im now terrified of them!! Guess age grows a few fears!!
