i am so upset

Yes a friend of mind goes to the computers and leaves his laptop and paperwork all there while he goes for his lunch and its still there.

Thats why i cant beieve this has happen, I know its partly down to me for not taking my key with me, Which i may never in all the years i have been going to record centres never done be for.

The most upsetting of it all is the only photo i had of one of my grandsons at 5mts was in it. i never seen him he is now almost 9.

Oh Hazel, how awful. I go to Kew a lot and like you, I wouldn't expect it to happen there. In fact last week, although I locked my main bag in the locker, I left a bag with newspapers, and a cardigan and a few other bits out on the table and happened to notice it about 2 hours later - still there.

Was havig a great day at Kew, when i went down to get my lunch found my bag had been taken from my locker, i had for got to take key when i locked it.

Had credit cards, house keys, glasses, bus pass the lot and lot more all gone.

I felt sick,

But the staff where great and helped me in a big way.

How can someone do that? Didnt think it would happen in a place like that.
