It depends on what you use which each account for.....ie your family tree

Choose the one, which you use to post & keep your. The other don't re-new. But don't worry, the one which you don't re-new will still be accessable, but as a free account.

GR take long enough to sort things out.

Hi,

Just had an email from GR telling me that I am up for renewal in a couple of weeks.

I forgot my password and asked to be reminded of it.

It has brought up my details with two different passwords under my board name, both of which I use other places.

I got caught out like this a couple of years ago when I put in a different password and ended up paying for two accounts.

Do I contact Support to sort it out?
