I used to work on check in for a airline up until a few years ago.You would be surprised how many people forget there passports and beg you to let them on the airline.I had one man that said to me he flies every monday and i should know him by now so could i let him go.When i told him no he threw his brief case at me.I just picked it up and gave it back and said he would need it on the next flight he booked lol.These people are angry with themselves but do need to take it out on someone.We were the ones. Vods, its like many airlines, they overbook hoping some passengers will cancel or not turn up. Then when they do hmmmmmm! What shall we do now? |
