just a little note to remember my daughter april liasi who would have been 20 today. who fell victim to SIDS 19/12/1989 aged 4 months and 9 days

Carole, our lost babies are always in our hearts aren't they? We have to be grateful for any time we had with them to create memories, I had none with my Zoe but remember her always, so I can relate to your feelings Margaret Rose, with empathy. Nearly 36 years for me too - the loss altered me for life, and I know I have never recovered from the shock of giving birth too soon and losing her three days later.

My little grandson was a victim of SIDS...he was 11 weeks old.
No answers were given..he was healthy and thriving is all we were told. He would have been 9 years old this year.
Thankfully it is very rare for it to happen as I do not want to worry anyone unduly.
