chapel charger? Trouble deciphering census details

Does anyone know what a 'chapel charger' is? The census document it's from is difficult to read, but my great-great grandfather was listed as this in 1891, then listed as a steelworks labourer from 1901 census.
His occupation is one of the many puzzlements about him and I'm having trouble getting further than him because all my family were in Attercliffe Cum Darnall Sheffield, but his birthplace is listed in var. places as either Banbury or Walkwith/walkworth Oxfordshire!

Try this site for old occupations, it is great for explaining most.

A charger in a steel works would be one who "Charged" (filled) the furnaces, either with scrap/pig iron.

Reading this I would think that the "Charger' bit is correct, but not "Chapel" If you would like to post the details someone else will have a look and see if they can decipher it..

I also don't see a problem with his place of birth. Warkworth is just to the east and less than a couple of miles from Banbury centre - you could say it was an outlying village.

Found it - Cupola Charger

CUPOLA CHARGER (foundry) alternate titles: cupola stocker

Charges scrap iron or pig iron, coke, and limestone (flux) into cupola in which iron is melted to make castings: Determines quantities and types of materials to be charged, following work orders or verbal instructions from CUPOLA TENDER (foundry). Shovels materials into wheelbarrow. Weighs net contents and wheels materials to charging door of cupola. Dumps iron, coke, and limestone through charging door so that charge in cupola is in alternate layers. May operate power-driven hopper, conveyor, or crane to transfer materials from storage bins to cupola. May weigh out materials or load materials from preweighed piles onto conveyor that charges cupola.
