chapel charger? Trouble deciphering census details

Does anyone know what a 'chapel charger' is? The census document it's from is difficult to read, but my great-great grandfather was listed as this in 1891, then listed as a steelworks labourer from 1901 census. |

A charger in a steel works would be one who "Charged" (filled) the furnaces, either with scrap/pig iron. |

Reading this I would think that the "Charger' bit is correct, but not "Chapel" If you would like to post the details someone else will have a look and see if they can decipher it.. |
