Can.t get onto my tree

I seem to have spent more time not being able to access my tree than I have accessing it, I know I have an older computer but gosh I can't keep upgrading to keep up with genes. HELP PLEASE. Elaine.

Dont understand the thing but it seems I have the wrong ooofa. ME 2000. I have been told this is why I can't access my tree. I am a complete Puter dumbo. Elaine

Windows ME is rather long in the tooth, and you will need to think about upgrading at some time.

Which version of Internet Explorer do you have and what actually happens when you try to load your tree? Do you get as far as a new tab / window opening but with the screen remaining blank?

The site is fine for most people which means that if some members are having problems then it is their computer, otherwise everyone would be having the same problems.

This is the first time I have been able to use the reply box more than once. I gave up trying and in consequense have not been taking part in any discussions and have really missed it. I want to get the details of a reletive from my tree as I have found a site with the family pedigree on it and want to send my information to the person who put it together, no can do. What are we paying yearly subscriptions for? Elaine.

Elaine is having some problems getting back on the board. I have suggested she clears out her internet temp files and tries again.
