Oh for goodness sake!!!! *tuts*

I WAS going to pack for our hols tomorrow, did some laundry and the washing machine emptied all over the floor!!!!!!!!!

Outside drain is blocked again!!

Went out with my trusty mop to plunge it..............head fell off the mop!

Knelt on the stinking wet ground and stuck my arm down to retrieve said mophead *shudders*

The water from the shower flowed away beautifully, so I thought good, sorted!

Nope...............the shower water must go a different route as the floor had another drenching when the washing machine drained the rinse water out:((((

But the floor is sparklng now:))

*Sighs heavily for effect*

Then................I pop on here while eating a cold cheese toastie and find I've missed all the gossip again!!!!!!!!!! LOL

Never mind, it's the same old same old lol


At least you get to go on holiday tomorrow. Where are you going???

Ahhhhh Kitty, according to my Celtic folklore wotsit, dealing with lots of water is a sign of emotional turmoil...*nods wisely whilst stifling chuckle.....when you find out what you/we have missed let me know, there's a dear. When will the drain smell wear off? I scrubbed and scrubbed in the shower, but I still detect a bit of a pong:(

Someone was going to take the only course of action left to take but then we got side-tracked somehow and never did get to know what course of action that was!

Kitty maybe the block is not on your land.
WE had a block years ago(xmas eve) OH dug a huge hole only to find it was where he thought it was.
Next day a plumber told us to phone the water board. Right enough they came along with a big 'sookey thing' and it was gone.
