	A someone obviously didn't get the humour (irony isn't to everyones taste, I know) I got rid rather than suffer an ignominious argument on a thread that was meant to be humorous. I guess that sums this place up!

	the thing is Eldrick, should you have deleted? if you delete a thread you get criticised, if you leave it up, you get criticised, if you report you get criticised. lol I'm coming to the conclusion, that people like a good argument on chat lol (sometimes at least)

	I may be wrong - I know, it doesn't happen often - but I get the distinct impression that some people take this family history website chat board just a smidjin too seriously...... Or am I misjudging the situation and it really is the most important thing in the world?

	Hmmm! missed the other thread, but interesting word, "Smidjin" nothing to do with a pigeon that has been smitten by a cartridgeload of lead shot? I suppose......? Bob my missus often uses the word Smidj.............I assume that is a half eaten one of the above mentioned birds?
