Sorry to appear stupid , but how do you delete the duplicate thread?

There is a reason for it Kim, If you have two posts asking for the same information it could mean more than one person spending time looking up things for you instead of just concentrating the search on one thread. It isn't always meant to be critical more instructive.

Sometimes it is posted with a helpful remark suggesting that one or other be deleted, that is, if the same information has been given on both.
