If someone spat at me,and it landed on me, after giving them a good -pasting, (well in theory), I would try to be tested for contamination by bodily flueds. What about people that have a low immune system etc. |

There was a thread about this a while back.... I was convinced it was against the law.... however.... to spit AT someone is not, I don't think, against the law.... but for someone to spit at someone, and it actually hits that someone, then it becomes an assault. |
