Fathers For Justice

I agree with their view's I thinks sometimes dad's get a raw deal in a break up. But not alway's their actions somebody could get hurt one day

I have a friend who has divorced her husband, and although she left him, she seems to want to make him suffer and therefore uses the children against him to upset him, but the children love their father and want to see him.
I think each parent should have equal time with the children and the children should not be used in this way.
the only time a parent should be excluded is if any abuse has taken place.

I hate to see children being used as pawns and/or the parent they are living with poisoning their minds against the other parent. Children should have equal access to both their parents unless there is good reason for not allowing this.
I have sympathy with FFJ but not with the way they advertise themselves with silly and sometimes dangerous stunts.

Agree of course with the general principal , Fathers do get a raw deal . Father's who are willing and able to take equal responsibilty should have equal rights...and the child equal rights to see both parents.

but, lol, should my son's dad suddenly appear he would receive ' justice'.....justice for 13 years of missed birthday and christmas cards, 13 years with not one letter, 13 yrs of not one penny .....

noooo not bitter lol.... waiting in anticipation of the day when my son seeks him out for a good explanation!

They have my support. I don't like to see any good parents......be it fathers or mothers getting a raw deal where access to their children are concerned. xx

I agree some fathers do get a raw deal but I think some of their antics do not help their individual case, also what about the mothers who find themselves in a similar situation often people judge that these mothers must of done something wrong that her child is not living with her this is not always the case!

Remember Spiderman that scaled cranes and the Millenium wheel in London? Well that was one of my closest friends.

Even though he had a court order giving him regular access to his 4 year old daughter, his ex still refused to let him see her.

One of the reasons for protesting was so that if his daughter carried on growing older not knowing him, then he would be able to prove to her that he did tried his best trying to see her.

Fortunately for him, the courts threatened to prosecute his ex for breaching the court order. He shares access 50% with his ex, and no longer has to put on his spiderman outfit.

Good for him !!!! I'm glad it worked for him.....I imagine in years to come his daughter will be very proud of him.... xx

Any DECENT father who wants to see his children should.
I emphasise the word 'Decent' as I know of one father who doesn't work and used his son like a servant - then tried to insist the boy stay with him, by telling him ( his son that ) he (the father) was dying!
That poor child was sensitive before all this and has had to see a psychologist!

My childrens' father used to have them to stay every other weekend - despite the maintenance drying up, and now regularly (about 6 times a year - he lives a long way away) sees his grandchildren.

My grand daughter is able to see her father and half brother, but not at his home - his partner doesn't like the fact that he has another child and wasn't very nice to her. In fact she was a right c*w - it was her (the partner's) mother, who really liked my grand daughter and warned my daughter!
