I don't trust Banks these days, especially machines and cards, too much fraud and fiddling going on. In the old days you could talk to the manager and get a straight answer, these days it's one of his minions always blaming the computer......... I went in to ask why I had been sent a new cheque guarantee card a year early just to be told the computer has made a mistake but you can start using it straight away, I'll get rid of this one for you.... Oh no you won't, I'll cut it up myself. |
