Our son who is 27 has a BA, but wants to teach and would like to do a PGCE. Can anyone tell me if he would be able to get a grant please,

Thanks for the reply. His degree is in marketing and public relations, but he wants to teach at primary school.

Has he considered going in through the SCITT (sp?) or GTP schemes?
You get paid while you are training then.
