You could try nibbling on bread sticks or rice cakes spread with a non dairy spread, before trying a light meal like chicken noodle soup. |

Dear Carol...I haven't touched anything greasy for weeks now or had anything dairy and to be honest I am happy with the weight i have lost. I think I will even stay on the steamed fish/chiken and veg diet after the op. |
