If you are using Firefox, you need to install an additional programe to view the images on GR. You can download it from here:-
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:7

Just tried to access a birth image and a message comes up reading,

BROWSER DOES NOT SUPPORT PDF VIEWING. DOWNLOAD ADOBE PLUGIN DIRECTLY FROM HERE.

This may as well be ancient Greek to me, (I'm computer thick)

I can't get them on GR, Ancestry OK. The point is, I've payed for them on GR so should be able to get them.

could be a Firefox issue, the latest version 3.5.2 I think doesn't seem to like the image viewer on Ancestry

Where are you trying to view them? (I mean Ancestry, GR, etc. not in the kitchen or bath Lol).

Need a computer buff to help please.

Since having some repairs to my lappy, I have not been able to view tha original records of census, birth records, anyone know possible reason??
