Well I never nearly died laughing, but I choked on a sandwich today when I realised what a colleague had done wrong does that count?

Almost a case of the hymlick manouver or whatever they call it - fortunaltly I lived and managed to avert what could have been a serious breach which could have cost us a pretty penny, but I didnt feel too happy about it!
