Fine but cloudy here today ,got some clothes fairly dried tho :)

Dry again today :-D

Hubby won't be planting anything in the garden just yet !
Apart from it being completed covered covered with a 3 inch layer of 'compost' from a local horse owner (he gives it away free) hubby must have had 100 bags since he finished work in Sept.
Apparently snow on it makes it an even better fertilizer ...hence he spread it over the garden.
That all has to be dug in before he even thinks of planting outside.!!!

He hasn't cleared the shed enough to put up the collapsible greenhouse to start off his seeds, but the Sweet peas on the window sill are being to shoot so they'll have to be potted on.

morning our gardens are way too muddy to start yet sadly though our grass is growing fast now

Time for the seed planting ,hubby's propagating some 'Sweet Peas' I think ! on the kitchen window sill ,and came home from town with 2 lots of seed potatoes.
Goodness knows what he's started off in his new 'collapsible greenhouse' in the shed.

Ah yes ,Gizmo...that's sad too that he just disappeared.

I bet he adopted another family or they adopted him and he's living the life of Riley.
Cat's often have more than one' home' apparently , neither owner knowing of the other's existence.

thanks ,this cat was original laid back vaiety the one who followed me to work Gizmo disappeared about two years ago ,I have a rescue one 6yrs old hopefully will get used to being the only one now .

Awh , sorry to hear that Maz , I'm sure he was a pampered puss and yes a good age :)
Still not an easy decision .
Is he the one that you to follow you to work ? I remember you telling us about the funny things he used to do :)

Mixed bag of weather again , lovely yesterday ,misty and damp today.

well new month and its getting lighter in the mornings

We did have a bit of sunshine this morning, but the high winds have continued.

My neighbour is on hols,but his car is on the drive, last night the wind blew his weelie bin around and it ended up when wedged between the side of his car and our dividing garden wall ! Nice scratch down the side of his car :((
Hubby's moved the bin to the bottom of his garden and wedged it behind his shed.

I don't like high winds with rain like we had yesterday, but prefer them to snow.
Still wet and windy today but not so severe.

not sure whats worse wind and rain or snow lol

Bleeding heck I thought the side of the house had been hit by a car last night, there was this large light shining thro the curtains and this huge rumbling roaring crash.

Just the start of one long thunderstorm.!

Thank goodness it wasn't snow that fell from the heavens,we'd have 6 ft by now !
