HAVING JUST GOT OVER THE SCARE WITH MY G.SON, MY DAUGHTER IS NOW WAITING TO FIND OUT IF SHE HAS EITHER A SCRATCH ON HER CORNEA, OR AN ULCER.

WON'T KNOW FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS TIL SHE SEES THE CONSULTANT AGAIN.
SHE'S DUE TO GO ON HOLIDAY AT THE WEEKEND!!

Sons friend has just spent afew days in the RVI...after havng a nettle kicked into his eye...not on purpose may add.

Thought his cornea had been detached......but no all is ok...but painful. Spent a few days in the hospital....came home home on friday...relieved he didnt eed an op on his eye.


Cost me a bar of choccie...my son said he would need it to recover...Doh!

A bad place to have an injury.

Just hope she doesn't have to stay in hospital, as she'll flip lol

Eye drops seem to be doing their job thankfully.
Got hospital in morning so will know then.
