I did the bridgnorth walk once and collapsed at the top of clee hill managed to get back down to the pub though!!!!!!

He ran the Snowdonia Marathon again today, it's supposed to be the most difficult one in Europe.

The weather was atrocious again (no surprise there), he finished in 4 hrs 14 mins which should push him up the veterans' ranking...lol

He didn't ask for charity sponsorship this year as he asked in 2008 for MS research. However, he will be in 2010 for cancer research so watch out! :-))))
