Sending healing thoughts to Lynn, Jean Durant, Vicky, Liz[Diamond]. Rita, Daff, Keith[Hoff], Deanna, Joyce[Dutch]. Dizzi, Black Rose, York/Caz, Mummo's Mother, Hula, Hayley and her Mum, Diane, Mac and all in need of our thoughts today.

Adding Pauline's sister as she too is fighting the fight right now. Thinking of all your family as well .

Hoping Jean is now improving and sending extra healing thoughts for her.

Still thinking of Huia as she needs our thoughts to help her now her husband is in the hospital for the care he needs..

Adding Puss and Specky as they have had news about Specky's health which is not too good. I will be thinking of you both Puss

Adding Joyce's son Michael who is unwell at present, I think Joyce is here in England now

Forgiveness is freeing up and putting to better use the energy once consumed by holding grudges, harboring resentments, and nursing unhealed wounds. It is rediscovering the strengths we always had and relocating our limitless capacity to understand and accept other people and ourselves.

Hoping you all have a beautiful Sunday. Weather looking good here today. I hope to get out and enjoy it. Hopefully you will too.
