I have mentioned this before, but worth saying again. I was a martyr to cystitis for years, and then I read about cider vinegar, which I have been taking, 5ml in squash or water daily for the last 22 mths. I had one spell at the beginning, but have not had it since. Added bonus for me is that it has lowered my cholesterol. I believe you can Google for more information. |

when I used to work in my local chemist, we always used to recommend Robinsons Lemon Barley water, and also a bottle of Potassium Citrate. (Not together though) The taste of it is horrible, but it helped flush it out of the system. Everyone used to come back into the shop and say thank you as it cleared up very quickly. You can still buy Pot Cit at the chemist today. |
