Good that you could entertain in the garden LG, it has been sunny but cold today, tomorrow will be about the same and we have some going out to do too.

Afternoon Maz. no need to be sorry I was just meaning that the silly little b****r has still not come home. Families indeed ;-) :-D :-D :-D but we wouldn't be without them would we :-D.
It is lovely and sunny here today and we have entertained 3 of OH's brothers and sisters in the garden this morning. I felt quite outnumbered ;-) :-D :-D

its raining here and due to snow this wek My garden is a jungle I need to mow the grass but its now too wet sadly .

When our son played football for the local team the coach said to our son I had better not upset your Dad ( he looked like an d was built like Geoff Capes back then ) cos I'm scared of him, son said don't be scared of him, be scared of my Mum. :-D

I am like that too YG, a long time ago our sons car was being fixed because he had crashed it for the umpteenth time and as I was picking him up from work he was telling me how to drive, he with the smashed up car so I stopped the car told him to get out and walk, ungrateful git, but he learned not to push me to far, if you know what I mean.

I wouldn't have turned round and gone back, and I would have been as angry as R was.

I think V has got a key although she had it taken off her when they had the big fallout during the first lockdown and R changed the locks, but I'm sure she got the spare key eventually, so M could have phoned her and asked her to go through. One of the dogs is here anyway!! At a pinch, the dogs would have been ok as we were back for 4pm. Things were still a bit frosty when I left and I bet he had a real go at M when they were on their own :-D :-D

I don't know all the ins and out, as this deaf old bird couldn't hear all the conversation in the front of the car, but it seems that youngest granddaughter was supposed to go the house to let the dogs out in the garden but phoned her Mum to say that she couldn't find her door key. Mum wanted Dad to turn round and go back for some reason, but that meant we wouldn't get to the game in time as we were already 25 miles en route. I have never seen R as angry, but he did turn round and then part way back, she apparently found the key!! We ended up going a completely different way and got there for 12.55pm.

Why frosty? did I miss something somewhere?

The match was much better than expected :-D :-D The day wasn't without its issues though and we didn't get there on time, so missed 25 mins of the first half. There was a rather frosty atmosphere to say the least that lasted most of the day :-D :-D :-D :-D

Had some lovely gifts and a great roast dinner when we got back home. Managed to get back to my own place in time to watch DOI on ITV+1 :-)
