I went to the Chiropractor and it was more questions and assessments, I have a cold pack to use 3 times a day so all good and I go back tomorrow :-D |

I don't swear a lot these days especially since I retired. When I visited my brother a while ago and he wasn't taking notice of what I said to him I swore and shocked him because he hadn't heard the f word coming from my mouth before. |

I needed to kneel down to reach something that had gone under the settee, got that fell on my face and couldn't get up easily for laughing, good job no one else could see me. |
