If so I have found Pilates helps you, in my area there are classes and it is stretching exercise it really helps you give it a go.

Please!!!!!!!!!! don't mention backache.I blame mine on sitting badly at the computer and rely on pain killers and heat patches.Am now sat up properly at a high table on a high backed chair.It is the base of my back that is painful.

Jane try and find some of these classes it will help you...I also use tiger balm that is a lovely feeling of heat and it does help to take pain away.

I am having physio and accupunture for my back, Seems to be helping.
