You've been gone for nearly 32 years but I'll never forget you.

Thinking of my Dad's cousin Joyce, who was laid to rest on Friday 12th, with her late husband. Joyce told me so much about my Dad's family and helped me find out more than I ever would have, and I feel I knew my Grandfather and Great grandfather now, with learning things about them and their children. I would never have known Gt.Grandfather helped to build the beautiful Liverpool cathedral had I not heard it from Joyce.

Rest in peace, dear Joyce now reunited with your beloved Ernest.

If Roses grow in Heaven,
Lord please pick a bunch for me
Place them in my Mother's arms
And tell her they're from me
Tell her I love her and miss her
And when she turns to smile
Place a kiss upon her cheek
And hold her for awhile
Because remembering her is easy,
I do it every day
But there's an ache within my heart
Because I am missing her today...x

Just for one moment.... think about someone special in your life who has passed.... someone who has touched your life and made a difference. Remind yourself and others that, as long as we remember.....they will live in our hearts forever......
