I wouldn't mind the renewing of vows part, but if ever we thought to do that it would be a quiet occasion with only closest family present.

I missed them too.

I can't imagine why anyone would want such a big occasion as that, such an expense as well. Lovely to renew your vows but not to have a pseudo wedding.

every one we know who were there felt same ann
a lot of cost,
when you had enjoyed previously ,

i couldnt justify the cost
if i had that kinda money it would go to the kids for their pleasure,

i loved my first drress, and the romance of it all ,
lol
blimey OH wouldnt do it again, lmao

LOL Nice Romantic thought,

but we made our promise once, and it stuck!! but if we DID consider it, at least I wouldnt have the expense of a new dress,......LOl she still has the old'un ,AND she can still get into it....Although the figure line is not what it was,
she's still my princess...
(we had a double wedding)
Ann in Glos.......perhaps if we could persuade her sister, we could make it a triple?

LOL

Specky and i did in nove, id never been married in a church, but would of liked too, so after we had our blip in our 7 yr relationship late leat yar we decided too, we invited people who had stood by us, im all for low cost so i found some things i could sell on ebay, to pay for a 2nd hand dress which was so beautifull the boros will vouch, i already had a church in mind, its one where we used to walk the dogs small and beautifull, the vicar asked me to make a donation as there is no legality in it a full service would have cost 350 as we were only having a basic service ie; our own song it cost 150 pound, brides maids all bought there own had about ten just told them to get burgandy cocktail dresses, this averaged about a tenner each, some managed to get the same as each other, then asked the local pub to do the food and gave himm 100 pound so all under 5oo pound it was worth every minute we looked into each others eyes throught out so good luck who ever goes ahead xxxx
