Sorting Family Files Using Legacy

I wanting some advice please. I use Legacy for my Family Tree and getting in a mess with the numbering because I have so many people. As first I was filing them under their RIN (indivial Numbers) but this is taking up way to much space. I thought perhaps sorting them by one of the other reference number given in the bottom right corner in the screen but they are only indivudal or marriage numbers. |
