I sometimes get the blank screen and am told to install Adobe (of course I already have it ). I find just be patient - the census pages will return, just go back to your tree and go thru the process again, and the census page will appear, usually the first time. Goog luck!

Hi, I am a gold member but am having difficulty opening the census pages they are staying blank even after a fair while.

Anybody any ideas why.
