Better, still, go down the ruddy station yourself.

Or, use Thetrainline.co.uk that's where I usually get my tickets in advance.

Just to book tickets...for a train....not only that I can see the price going up as I am waiting, sooooooooooo do it over the phone NOPE 20 mins later the server has gone down in India can you believe call back in 1 hour...nope I dont think I will...GRRRRRRRRR
