Could you please put me in the right direction for obtaining baptism records so i may establish who my 4th great grandfather is and his actual date of birth |

Mark, if he was baptised there still may not be a date of birth recorded - all depends on the parish clerk who was doing the recording. Familysearch.org is free to search and have a lot of transcribed baptisms and marriages - otherwise it depends where he came from as to whether the records are available online. If they aren't, you need to visit or contact the relevant county's Records Office or a local family history society who often have transcripts of the registers available to buy. Do you know where he was from? |

It depends where and approx when he was born. You may not find his date of birth, but may find his baptismal date. |
