Peterborough meet folk are really friendly and welcoming....

It's not a clicky as it may appear.....we are always happy to meet and include new people......and the only way to do that is just to jump in and go for it.

I wasn't inferring that you were clicky....hope you didn't take it that way......I was just thinking....... and thought it would make a debate of sorts......I honestly don't think one way or another and see many of the points made on my thread.

Noooo I didn't think that at all Susan.

I just wanted to make sure that newbies knew they were welcome.

I DO remember being a newbie on here...desperately trying to add to a thread .......but a bit worried to do so.

I've never forgotten that.

And I'd HATE to think that anyone worthy felt excluded from P/Boro meets because they ARE pretty inclusive. Though loads of us are mates there's always room to make a few more !!!! xx

Muffy must have left it out to start with and then edited it cos it doesn't show in the title if you edit for some dopey reason.

Muffy, it does that, it will only change the title, not the first line when you look on it from "the outside"
