That message seems to embody the wider appeal of Valentine's day,which is refreshing.Now it seems to have got lost in an era of expensive cards, flowers,chocolates,teddy bears,lingerie and commercial gift-giving,and soppy notices of undying love in the papers.

(Maybe I'm just cross because I didn't get anything from my OH LOL...)

I used to love it when I was small and did it for my son for years, till he cottoned on lol A bit hard to do when you are a single parent, trying to leave something on the doorstep and ring the bell but be inside at the same time lol
