If you look in the marriage indexes under HIS name, it usually has both of her names listed (in the years when spouses are named) |

She usually marries in her current surname ie her married name BUt i have seen widows marry in their maiden name too and describe themselves as a spinster. |

Sometimes it gives her maiden name, but not always. You should be able to find her maiden name from a cert. as it should give her father's name. |
